We are fully licensed by our local authority. All drivers have passed the Hackney Carriage/ Private Hire Test Assessment as set by the Driving Standards Agency. All drivers have been checked by the Disclosure & Barring Service to an enhanced level. We have comprehensive insurance together with public liability insurance.
All cars are covered by onward travel insurance which guarantees that you will arrive at your destination.
We operate a full 24 hour service (pre-booked).
Smoking definitely not, by law. Eating and drinking are discouraged but we will be quite happy for you to accept one of our complimentary sweets or drinks (non-alcoholic). Comfort breaks, at your request, journey time permitting at our drivers discretion.
We will confirm, in writing or email, your booking with exact costs, times, etc and will contact you prior to your travel date to confirm that nothing has changed in your travel arrangements.
Our most popular areas are: Norwich, East Dereham, Watton, Fakenham, Swaffham, Thetford, Attleborough and The Norfolk Broads area. However we are more than happy to quote for a wedding further afield so why not contact us for a quote, the price may be more competitive than you think!.
